Job Description:
A Banking As A Service Manager with HSBC is a seasoned professional with experience in cross functional activities including implementation, integration, client support, operations, and vendor support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining visibility of and ultimate oversight for all Client Management engagements (in-flight implementations, integrations engagements, service cases, etc.)
- Direct accountability and responsibility to field and/or resolve service inquiries.
- Measure and Maintain exceptional client experience as identified by the customers
- Reduce service case, implementation, and integration volumes without reducing revenue opportunities
- Optimise existing cash management practices and GLCM product consumption to drive cost, security and experience improvements
- Improve time to service/cost to service the customer
Job Requirements:
- Solid project management background, managing complex and demanding client projects.
- Very knowledgeable about Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) products and services or other relevant treasury and cash management industry expertise.
- Strong Leadership qualities combined with excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a high workload.
- Keen focus on client experience and client success.
