Job Description:
Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include hiring and performance management;
- Managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment;
- Successful resolution of customer related issues;
- Training a team on effective sales techniques;
- Performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals;
- Managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
- The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Obtain a DOT medical certification
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have an active driver’s license
