Job Description:

Lead Engineer (and Owner) within Records Management product family, you will take on the responsibility of owning, managing, designing, delivering, and developing the product code, implement technical solutions and configures applications in different environments in response to business problems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading, supporting work and sharing with existing code base to develop microservice architecture from monolithic architecture, manage product enhancements, NFRs and unit/integration/functional test cases in line with SDLC standards
• Work with Records Management Business and Domain Architect to discover, clarify, and prioritise new business and regulatory/compliance requirements and translate to user stories, design, and develop final solution with the adoption of Agile principles
• Work with L2 team to manage and lead L3 team to analyse, support and resolve RPM production issues
• Accountable of maintenance and accuracy of product relevant artefacts including architecture blueprints, decision logs, technical solution, product management documents and Runbook
• Understand and Own the implementation and delivery of existing critical in-house product Retention Profile Manager (RPM) Lifecycle in ‘Maintain’ State

Job Requirements:

• Extensive development experience on micro service architecture and patterns, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Boot, JPA), Container
• Deployment technologies like with Docker, Kubernetes,
• Experience of delivery with Agile SDLC with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, or TeamCity
• Full Stack Developer with in-depth Java coding experience
• Good Understanding of security, networking, and performance concepts
• Experience of leading, supporting the team and managing application/product delivery end to end
