Job Description:
As part of the TCG, you will support our LDCM Business by managing the deal lifecycle process and loan portfolio pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the transaction coordination (TC) pillar within TCG.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and produce effective team metrics to identify any issues, including covenants, UCCs, flood insurance, and delayed deal closings
- Managing team of TCs across multiple locations and acting as an escalation contact on complex transactions
- Work closely with senior leadership on key initiatives and projects
- Review transaction checklists for completeness and executing legal documents including credit agreements, amendments, and commitment letters
- Partner with KYC leads to ensure pipeline is managed effectively
- Serve as lead on multiple regulatory programs including Reg H and Reg W
Job Requirements:
- Expertise with financial accounting and loan mechanics
- Expertise in related banking regulations
- Expertise in KYC/AFC requirements/banking principles, ideally in a similar role, experience in a corporate finance environment would be advantageous
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce required
- Extensive knowledge in investment banking/financial services experience with a solid understanding of loans
