Responsible for all room blocks, and handling all special reservation requests for our group customers and blocks along with any reservations type calls that are received in the department.
- Assist the Reservations Department at HRCC with questions, problems or concerns that arise concerning reservations made at the hotel.
- Confirm and assign suite reservations for groups making sure the number of suites allocated to each group is available and/or blocked appropriately in the OnQ PM system.
- Confirm guest reservations for individuals via telephone and email.Handle all 3rd party reservations request. In the case of a PERM contract, responsibility of confirmation/input of any reservations while ensuring inventory is balanced to the contract on a daily basis.
- Assists office in other administrative duties as needed. Prepares reports as required. Attends mandatory meetings/training sessions.Performs other duties as required.
