Job Description:
This position is responsible for the daily administration of Vehicle Benefit plans, training order analysts, monitoring ordering systems, and making recommendations for change.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partners with team members in the planning and implementation of vehicle programs.
- Advises and counsels management and employees on existing benefits.
- Performs special tasks and projects as assigned.
- Assures legal compliance with registration, insurance, and other DMV policies.
- Trains and supports order desk analysts with escalated inquiries
- Implements approved program changes by developing and coordinating communications (print, electronic, speaking points, etc.) for associates and leaders.
- Responsible for administering Vehicle Benefit programs for associates across the United States.
- Communicates and partners with leadership across the Honda organization.
- Administers Inapt/Expat vehicle programs for domestic associates
Job Requirements:
- Strong vendor management, consensus, and collaboration skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent mix of education and experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and task while delivering strong results on schedule and within budget, in an intense, fast paced environment
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills are a must
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience in vehicle benefits. Mainframe and enterprise cloud solutions experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- A strong customer service focus required
