We’re looking for someone with passion and experience of EDI, who would relish the opportunity to help shape us on our journey to becoming a well-loved and well known charity that includes and involves all communities and welcomes diversity of thought to help us innovate and become sector leading.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will be working with a number of stakeholders, EDI project teams, and our EDI steering group, as well as working independently.
- This is an integral role to the successful delivery of the EDI strategy as alongside the Head of EDI, you will develop and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships, influencing others where there may be divergent and conflicting views as well as involve effective negotiation at senior levels.
- You can work with a combination of these and we will be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs outside of work.
- We recognise that sometimes two minds or perspectives can be better than one, and so we will proactively support job share applications for this role.
