Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but growing team at the start of the journey to embed environmental sustainability into the heart of English Heritage. Your role will be to ensure that people across the organisation have the knowledge, skills and tools to integrate sustainability into their work, and feel inspired to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
- Using your expertise, and collaborating closely with colleagues from across English Heritage, you will be able to develop creative and effective approaches to sustainability learning and engagement to bring about behaviour change within the organisation.
- You will adapt, pilot, deliver and manage the roll out of internal tools to support staff and volunteers, work to embed sustainability into existing development and induction programmes, grow the sustainability network and coordinate and deliver internal and externally facing environmental events.
