Job Description:
As Rewards & Share Scheme Specialist, you will Support the incentive payments process i.e., performance bonuses, salary increases through preparation of thorough and accurate data calculations including preparation of individual letters
Job Responsibilities:
- Upload new participants employee data on the system and maintain accurate employee data
- Support operations with the interpretation and implementation of rewards policies and procedures
- Provide relevant information and scheme onboarding packs for new participants
- Assist the Reward Team in managing the governance of the full end-to-end reward function as well as driving efficient reward operations and administration
- Provide administrative support to the Anglo-American Platinum Share Scheme programme
- Support the Rewards team by providing rewards data analytics for insights and informed decision making
- Support the implementation of the correct conditions of employment and benefits at the operations by providing the correct calculations
- Provide advice and consult with stakeholders related to reward policies and practices
- Conduct research and benchmarking to drive a Total Rewards strategy
- Provide effective reward system support related to Reward and Remuneration matters
Job Requirements:
- SAP Payroll Qualification – Essential
- Proficient in data analytics, calculations, and the administration of the share scheme
- Extensive background in SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors, Report extraction
- High level of proficiency in attention to details
- Extensive experience in numeracy and calculations
- Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certification – Advantageous
- 5 – 8 years’ experience within mining environment
- BComm Degree minimum – Essential
