Job Description:
To provide site construction project management coordination services to ensure that the project is completed safely within time, cost and quality constraints while optimising all resources used.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide construction management support during the project planning
- Coordinate all site personnel and contractors’ functions
- Support the provision of construction project management standard services throughout the project life cycle
- Coordinate the timely supply of project material
- Facilitate and coordinate all outages required for the commissioning where required
- Provide construction management support to project engineering
- Coordinate and report on construction activities to ensure effective site contract and cost management is achieved
- Comply to all Eskom and site related governance and safety, health, environment, risk and quality (SHERQ) requirements
Job Requirements:
- National Diploma in Built Environment/ Commerce / Human Sciences at
- Business acumen
- Resilience and flexibility
- Decision making
- NQF 6 with 240 Credits
- Achievement oriented
- Dealing with complexity
- 3 Years in Project Management / Construction Management
