As the Converge Research Associate, you will be a part of an experienced and dynamic team of 14 working in a fully Agile environment. Lincoln’s Group Protection businesses are evolving and embracing both product and technology transformations across the board, and you will help create the roadmap for how solutions will be created for our Broker Partners and their compensation payments for years to come. Job Responsibilities:

• Prioritizes incoming work to ensure completion within established department service standards
• Researches, analyzes, and resolves routine and non-routine commission issues across assigned product lines by investigating, gathering, and obtaining information from the appropriate departments and works towards problem resolution
• Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
• Collaborates with appropriate internal business partners to research, resolve, and implement resolutions to customer issues

Job Requirements:

• Broker Compensation Experience
• 1 – 3+ years experience in financial services that directly aligns to the responsibilities for this role. (Required)
• Group Insurance Experience
• 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s) (Minimum Required)
