Job Description:
As a member of the Group Protection Customer Experience team, this individual will play a critical role in improving digital experiences and shaping the organization’s e-communication program. Job Responsibilities:
- Provides subject matter expertise to clarify stories and development requirements
- Provides direction and collaborates effectively with appropriate stakeholders on complex issues and conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, quality, and risk of owned initiatives
- Leverages data to influence and measure the overall adoption strategy to ensure deliverables, ROI, and key objectives are met
- Proposes solutions to stated business problems, assesses alternative solutions and identifies gaps based on knowledge of the product and how customers use the product
- Partners with a cross functional team of stakeholders to ensure business operational teams are informed of initiative and applicable business process changes are supported and implemented
- Designs and delivers E-communications solutions to bring value to customers, in line with our CX strategy and organizational priorities
- Makes compelling recommendations and sound business cases to address opportunities in our customer journeys
- Utilizes customer-centric tools such as journey maps, personas, and Voice of the Customer feedback data
- Writes features and partners with Product Owners and agile development teams to execute on the vision
- Advises leadership and stakeholders across the organization about our customers’ needs, the opportunities to go paperless, and the agile approach to delivering value
- Establishes KPIs to achieve stated goals
Job Requirements:
- E-Communications Product Manager experience
- 5+ Years of demonstrated experience in customer engagement, relationship, and/or customer experience directly related to the specific responsibilities of this position
- Experience in Group Benefits
- 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s)
- Scaled Agile Experience
