Job Description:
As the AVP of DE&I Enterprise Programs, you will be responsible for developing, introducing, implementing and measuring diversity, equity and inclusion solutions across the company. This position is responsible for achieving agreed upon results across the enterprise that align with LFG’s di core strategy and overall business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will serve as a thought leader, influencer, and subject matter expert on complex DE&I topics to support business clients and partners
- You will manage, support, and advise DE&I employee groups (affinity/resource)
- You will assess, strengthen, and expand DE&I education and awareness course offerings
- You will manage, coordinate, and submit diversity data requests (surveys/reports)
- You will maintain knowledge on current and emerging DE&I developments/trends and assess the impact and advise on impact
- You will identify new and enhance existing enterprise-wide programs and practices aligned with the DE&I strategy
- You will develop and implement enterprise-wide DE&I programs aligned with the DE&I strategy
Job Requirements:
- 8-10+ years in diversity/inclusion or relevant experience with demonstrated abilities to develop & implement diversity & inclusion programs in a large organization
- Minimum of 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)
- Excellent presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations
- Proven ability to develop, lead, plan, implement, manage, execute, and measure change while balancing competing priorities
- Corporate DE&I training and education program development experience
- Direct management or responsibility for management of internal/company DE&I employee groups (Affinity or Resource)
