Job Description:

You will be responsible for translating an English brief into technical requirements, using your data knowledge to make recommendations on how best to shape the request and ensure your campaign outputs are accurate and auditable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be comfortable to challenge and improve existing controls and processes
• Fit in and work well as part of a friendly experienced team
• Build collaborative working relationship with multiple stakeholders
• Manage the campaign build and deliver accurate data sets using a combination of our campaign management tool (CIM) and SQL
• Translate business requirements into a technical data brief

Job Requirements:

• Positive demonstration of the core LBG values and behaviours
• An energetic, self-motivated and inquisitive character with high levels of attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to communicate clearly and influence at all levels
• Confidence to make recommendations
• Consistent track record of juggling multiple priorities, deadlines and having an organised and structured approach to work
• A desire to test and learn, to work differently to improve how we do things and inspire others to do the same
• Experience understanding data structure and data bases; previous SQL experience advantageous but not essential
