Job Description:
Responsible for driving the analysis, design, build and delivery phases of HRIS systems-related solutions and overall management of existing systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Manager for all new system implementations and existing system enhancements. Partners with the functional lead(s) to ensure effective communication of project expectations to all team members and stakeholders, develops and track detailed project, resource, communication, risk mitigation and issue resolution plans, technical and business requirements and cost estimates
- Minimizes operational and people risk and ensures regulatory compliance through the appropriate levels of audit, authorization and data integrity management. Establishes and maintains relationships across all internal groups and with external stakeholders to support the provision of advice and analysis to inform business decisions
- Performs ongoing analysis of existing system configuration to identify and improve current controls and processes and enhance HR reporting/analytical capabilities, improve the colleague experience and increase operational efficiency across the function
- Works closely with US Senior Managements (and UK counterparts when applicable) in the strategic planning, vetting, development and management of any new HR Technology solutions that may be implemented going forward
- Responsible for the management of data integrity, ensuring seamless and timely delivery of data to internal and external partners
- Responsible for technical problem resolution and identification of process gaps and opportunities for enhancements within all HR systems
- Acts as SME and Project Lead for technical implementation of new policies and procedures or system enhancements, both to comply with regulatory requirements as well as to enhance Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS)
- Enable increased user adoption via creation and coordination of training
Job Requirements:
- Strong Project Management
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel
- Delivering Results
- Ceridian Dayforce experience, including implementation, configuration skills and ongoing maintenance strongly desired
- Managing Internal and External Relationships
- 10 years of Benefits Management (Health & Welfare, 401(k), Pension a plus)
- Superior Communication Skills
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS including implementation/upgrade experience
- Undergraduate Degree
- Attention to detail
- Excellent project leadership/management skills
