Job Description:

Permanent IT Desktop Engineer to work in the New York Office of Lloyds Bank. We require a highly experienced individual with the most critical asset being exemplary customer service. The IT Desktop Engineer role is a combination of three, traditionally separate, roles: Desktop Support, and Trade Floor Support, Service Request/Helpdesk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting business cores hours of 7am to 6pm Monday – Friday, Rotated shifts on monthly bases
  • Log and track all users incidents and request using ITSM system (Footprints)
  • MS Exchange Administration : creating accounts, mailboxes, distribution lists, secondary mailboxes
  • Market data services (Bloomberg/TOMS, Reuters, FX Trading system portals, Refinitiv / Reuters FXT, and Deal Tracker Servers etc.) including experience in understanding the related straight through process technologies
  • Identify and resolve support issues – Desk side and remote support (Bank Assets and BOYD), Citrix, RSA and VPN
  • Manage Users and Computers through Native and Azure Active Directory experience in the cloud
  • Adhere to established departmental operational policies and procedures
  • IPC Unigy Turrets experience: trader phone knowledge and Nice NTR Voice recording ( CISCO and Unigy)
  • SCCM Application package and deployment (Intune)
  • Setup and deploy new workstations and deploy applications via SCCM
  • Cisco Call Manager phones – setting up lines, users, conference rooms, AV
  • Supporting Windows 7 and 10, MS Office 2013/2016, Active Directory, etc.
  • VB Scripting, Power shell languages (Preferable)
  • High sense of urgency is need as candidate will be supporting Trading Floor environment

Job Requirements:

  • Relationship management skills to build partnerships with business leaders and with other departments
  • Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, User Information Systems or related discipline with at least five (5) years of experience or Equivalent work experience
  • The ability to prioritize conflicting demands
  • Proficient in the understanding of ITIL framework
  • Self-motivated and ability to work within stringent timeframes
  • Strong Team Player
