- Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
- Partner proactively with Retail Stores in assigned territory to drive Business Sales results through education on Business Sales products and services and closing on Business Sales leads
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace.
- Independently generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
- Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
- Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools.
- Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
- Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting
- Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
- Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree Pref
- Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proposal Writing Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years of age
- Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills
- Less than 2 years Telecommunications / technical sales
- 4-7 years Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
- High School Diploma/GED Req
- Less than 2 years Experience solutions/applications selling
