Job Description:

This position for Metro by T-Mobile, #1 in prepaid, is responsible for leading the national and local Social Media strategy and creative development. The person leads all social media initiatives and manages campaign-level creative execution to ensure efforts meet brand alignment and overall business goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media and influencer strategies are aligned with business objectives, including new product launches, audience and growth goals, and overall comms strategy.
  • Responsible for developing the prepaid social strategy and a longer term vision for how the prepaid brands operate in social.
  • This includes General Market and Hispanic Market. Also, the need to reassess the social processes as an integral part of getting campaigns out the door.
  • You are known as a point of contact for brand- and campaign-related strategy as it applies to social.
  • Supervises internal and external ad agency partners by providing guidance and preliminary approvals as the day-to-day contact.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-8 years: Solid agency management experience (client and/or agency experience).
  • 5-8 years: Ability to optimize creative based on results and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 5-8 years: Ability to provide innovative creative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • 5-8 years: Strong understanding and execution to deliver on KPIs
