Job Description:
The above-mentioned position is currently available in the Human Capital Learning and Development team within Momentum Corporate. The candidate will be responsible to collaborate and engage with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to obtain, create, inform and maintain learning content on all technical processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fact-check any data collected during the research process.
- Creates content that is engaging and well-structured for optimal use by facilitators of learning
- Obtain ongoing and regular feedback from facilitators, product, and process owners to make the necessary content updates to ensure content remains current and relevant.
- Engage, consult and partner closely with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to obtain, create, inform, and maintain learning content.
- Ensures that learning content meets the required learning outcomes and assessment criteria
- Ensure efficient version control and maintain repository of all versions.
- Performs thorough research and investigate assigned topics.
- Perform a needs analysis for the structure and flow of learning content that is optimal and conducive for learning.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years L&D experience
- Knowledge pertinent to L&D field (e.g., Labour Legislation / Skills Development / Adult learning principles / ADDIE principles / Learning delivery / Learning frameworks / Learning technology)
- 3-5 years content writing (especially for adult learning)
- ETDP certification or related field
- Insurance or financial services industry experience (preferred)
