Job Description:

The Account Services team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Lifetime platform. Each Analyst will have primary responsibility of specific functions but will be cross-trained in all Account Services functions including: analyzing incoming requests to determine proper handling, ingesting and indexing requests into the workflow system to create work tasks, assisting Investment Advisor Representatives correct requests received not in good order, managing outstanding requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions
  • FINRA licenses Series 7 and 24 preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work in a past-faced inter-dependent team environment
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills related to the successful achievement of departmental goals, including but not limited to: software applications necessary for the successful continuation of surveillance functions
  • 5 years back-office operations experience or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
