Job Description:

Implementation, management and compliance of a comprehensive Information Technology security program with the Information Technology lines of business to protect their applications and supporting infrastructure from both internal and external threats toward zero downtime and zero audit findings. Management of IT risk and compliance in alignment with IT strategy, including the overall adherence to data protection regulatory compliance in the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Technology Security framework and Technology Risk management Program in alignment to the strategy
  • People Management
  • Identify, Assess and remediate Technology and IT Security Risks: (Including focus area of Cyber Risks)
  • Drive the organisation culture within one’s centre
  • Create awareness of IT Security good practices to the IT end user and technical community
  • Lead as an Ambassador and executor of Change
  • Drive the proactive audit framework and compliance
  • Provide leadership to employees within the organisation, creating a winning culture and high morale
  • Create and implement IT Security Policies, Standards and Guidelines

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in coordinating large projects or initiatives across multiple areas
  • 5 years’ experience in designing, implementing and closing Technology general controls gaps
  • 10 years experience in strong Risk Management, Audit, Technology General Controls and IT Security or risk Management background of which should include:
  • 2 years in Technology Policy review and measurement (measurement of controls against Policy)
  • 4 years’ experience in directly assessing and communicating Risk Exposures and developing risk mitigation plans
