As Bid Manager, you’ll look after the progression and qualification of new business opportunities after they have been identified by our Business Development team. Using your technical bid management skills, you’ll ensure these opportunities are well understood, qualified, and aligned with our business strategy – increasing our chances of success, of high-quality outcomes for our customers, and of a deal that is capable of profitable execution.
- As someone who is already a Bid Manager (or who has played a key role within a Bid Team), you’ll have a full understanding of bidding methodologies and have an appreciation of the commercial and financial aspects needed to balance the risk/reward/price on a successful bid.
- You’ll be someone who is customer focused, proactive, and be someone who is able to position and present customer focused solutions that deliver results.
- You’ll also possess the leadership and communication skills to work with and influence the wider bid teams, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
