Job Description:
Siemens Healthineers Finance is looking to hire a Project Management lead IM&AT for South Africa subzone to be based in Johannesburg.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project implementation – acts as customer interface from PM080 until PM670
- Ensures project execution within respective framework (PM@SHS)
- Ensures operational and customer excellence; drives Revenue, Cash and Operating Working Capital Optimization in close collaboration with OTC CA and OTC AR Leads
- Continuous risk assessment during implementation and definition of mitigation measures
- Provides support to sales in offer phase with regards to customer requirement and overall project feasibility
- Defines project team and assigns responsibilities among involved stakeholders
- Drives harmonization, standardization, digitalization, and productivity within the OTC PM process according to the global governance framework “OTC@Healthineers”; optimizes the
- OTC PM set-up in subzone RSA SADEC and Sub Sahara.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to lead the OTC PM IM&AT organization and provide transparency in a complex matrix environment
- Practical/hands-on experience within the OTC environment: project site construction skills, project management skills which are backed up by a strong technical background and project management qualifications
- PM Diploma or PMI diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team
- Minimum 5 years of project management work experience or equivalent
- Ability to lead, engage, motivate, and develop diverse teams
- Good understanding of CRM (Sales & Service) and SCM processes to drive synergies within the OTC PM IM&AT organization
