We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Manager who will ensure growth for clients, customers and Smollan by proactively influencing and managing relationships between the client, customers and employees; spotting opportunities and providing insights;

Job Requirements:

  • Have a valid code 8 driver’s license
  • Ability for decision making and exceptiona communication (verbal & written)
  • Ability to apply analytical think & problem solving
  • Display attention to detail, planning and organising
  • Negotiation skills
  • 3-5 years sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/ supervisory level
  • Demsonatarble business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Hold a relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 or 7
  • Pro-active thinking and strong leadership Skills
  • Posses strong sales management skills
