Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Manager who will ensure growth for clients, customers and Smollan by proactively influencing and managing relationships between the client, customers and employees; spotting opportunities and providing insights.

Job Requirements:
- Posses strong sales management skills
- Pro-active thinking and strong leadership Skills
- Ability for decision making and exceptiona communication (verbal & written)
- Have a valid code 8 driver’s license
- Negotiation skills
- Hold a relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 or 7
- 3-5 years sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/ supervisory level
- Demsonatarble business acumen and commercial awareness
- Display attention to detail, planning and organising
- Ability to apply analytical think & problem solving
