Job Description:

As our ICT Workplace Specialist, reporting to the Enterprise Workplace Service Manager, you will provide second and third level technical support to Swissport end users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Azure AD & Windows 10.
  • Workplace in the cloud & steadily develop the service catalogue in this area.
  • Contributing to the implementation of new Workplace related services and assisting in maintaining current services.
  • Implementing, maintaining, and improving the platform for endpoint environment management.
  • Developing and planning a Mobile Device Management strategy by analyzing the existing IT
  • Ensure identity management best practice is followed.
  • Develop the design & implementation of Modern Workplace Services based on the latest.
  • Support the successful implementation of customer projects on their way to the Modern
  • Managing the user environment including defining, configuring, and managing the client desktop experience.
  • Continue to evolve in the areas of Windows 10 & Cloud Services.
  • Providing third level support for Windows clients and the organization’s core applications including performance monitoring and resolving client performance issues.
  • Realizing and sustaining a client endpoint security posture and ensuring compliance with standards and expectations.
  • Resolve any operational incident related to IT Infrastructure escalated from the L1 support.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the field of desktop virtualisation management with Citrix technologies.
  • Familiar with the current Windows client functionalities such as App-V, UE-V, Direct Access, Work folders and GPO’s.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic training in computer science.
  • A solid knowledge of Azure AD, device management with Intune, identity / security & the products in the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Fluent command of oral and written English as the corporate language; knowledge of any other language would be an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in the field of workplace management with Microsoft technologies.
  • Proven experience in working with the Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Ability to work and succeed in a dynamic and multi-cultural matrix organization.
  • Broad understanding of a business or service environment and awareness of the factors that influence business decisions and strategy.
  • Experience in managing a IAM Platform (midPoint, Sailpoint, etc).
  • Create reports and PowerShell.
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills.
