Job Description:
Perform Clerical and Administrative duties of the GSE Department and Parts Inventory as laid out by the GSE Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Shipping of warranty parts to venders
- Call vendors for proper vehicle parts and pricing
- Track parts being used on equipment and leaving parts room
- Enter work orders and preventative maintenance records in shop computer
- Track GSE Technicians hours for payroll department and report
- Report any irregularity in parts room
- Ensure equipment parts are available for preventative maintenance
- Tracks and invoices third party repairs and maintenance when performed
- Tracks warranty repairs and parts on Swissport equipment
- Maintain equipment file folders current
- Other duties as required from time to time
- Answer phones and receive parts at shop gate
- Code invoicing to proper GL accounts
Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of equipment parts and inventory control is an asset
- Ability to work independently
- Minimum Education (graduation, school leaving certificate, business and admin school)
- Good organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Maximo or any other Asset Management Tools is a plus
- Good clerical and telephone skills
