Job Description:
Assist and implement excellent customer service within the unit and supervise work assignments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Control of staff overtime and compensation management
- Report any irregularity and take appropriate action
- Maintain, up-date company’s and customer manuals and documentation
- Supervise/control staff assignment, reporting and absences
- Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities
- Maintain applicable safety and quality standards
- Keep up to-date with local emergency plan
- Comply with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies
- Attend and contribute to internal meetings
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work flexible working hours
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to deal with conflicts
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer focus and quality awareness
- Minimum of 1-5 years leadership experience
- High standards in quality and service level agreements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
