Job Description:
Manage the administrative activities of the overall organization so that administrative staff, equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and economically.
Job Responsibilities:
- Billing/Invoice processing in accordance with customer contracts
- Accounts Payable (A/P) and Account Receivable (A/R) data entry
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization’s current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically
- Employee station support (uniforms, attendance, scheduling, etc.)
- Monthly A/P and A/R accruals
- Monthly P&L review with variance detail and trending
- Research, evaluate, and recommend office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize costs and meet the organization’s business needs
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to ensure that office administration policies, programs, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs
- Payroll entry/processing; review and analyze labor trends
- Customer interaction/correspondence
- Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers customaers and develop a team to ensure that administrative activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established budgets
Job Requirements:
- University degree or proven track record
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven and have high energy levels
- Have professional phone etiquette
- One to three years of experience in similar positions
- Organized
