Job Description:

To monitor and evaluate the data collected by the data capturers to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

Innovate more efficient and effective ways to capture, analyze, present, and report
Ensure that accurate formulas are inserted on the PrEP electronic registers to capture correct information from source documents
Ensure that all data is kept current and up to date (oversee an efficient record management system)
Liaise with facilitators and clinical staff on PP Prev data management issues
Ensure resolution and follow-ups are performed on all discrepancies
Address all challenges and human errors with data capturing and reporting
Ensure standardized tools and stationery used for data collection across all facilities

Proficiency in English and isiZulu languages
Computer certification including Excel
Valid code 08 driver’s licence
Degree/diploma in health/ public health/ social sciences from or other relevant fields
2- 3 years data management, data verification/quality assurance experience
Computer literate in MS office
Possession of DHIS or Tier.net, data management computer programme certificate
