Job Description:

We are looking for an Area Manager (Ekurhuleni) who embodies a passion for sports and keeping fit and healthy, as well as a leader who develops, inspires, motivates and drives a high performing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating a personalised and memorable visit for our customers
• Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets and controlling expens
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the company Standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations and performance management
• Lead, inspire and motivate the store team to focus on our brand and make the customer their priority
• Be a Brand Ambassador who represents the brand, builds customer loyalty and encourages the team to foster personalised Customer se

Job Requirements:

• A passion for service excellence • Proven Area Management experience
• A leader who develops, inspires, motivates and drives a high pe
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to influence the store teams and lead change effectively
• Entrepreneurial flair (business acumen and turnover driven)
• Admin and numerical skills A good understanding of Retail business
• Planning, organising, leading and co-coordinating skills
• A valid driver’s license
• A business or retail related degree will be advantageous.
