Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate project updates to key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and coordinate contract requirements
• Collaborate with cross-segment and cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to identify, escalate, and resolve emerging issues
• Monitor/Evaluate Operations Program and Strategy Performance
• Support the annual planning process by helping to identify new innovation opportunities in the healthcare arena, specifically focused on growth and business development. Assist in defining and prioritizing the portfolio of initiatives
• Collaborate with the appropriate individuals to provide required documents and help create executive presentation materials
• Act as project manager and assist in defining expectations, deliverables, and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional work teams to define scope, identify risks, resource requirements, process flows, etc. using established project management techniques
• Establish and manage project budgets.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with project teams to ensure effective support and feedback loops and that deliverables are met
• Support the advancement of multiple large, highly complex projects and simultaneously manage multiple project plans. Drive projects forward and manage stakeholder relationships in a highly-matrixed organization
• Build/Maintain/Manage Relationships with Operations Stakeholders
• Review/monitor project progress and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
• Manages progress and tracking for initiatives; identify deviations and suggest plans to remediate; provide reports and analysis as required
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis in the domains of consumer co-creation, competitive intelligence, secondary research, and macro research

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to articulate business strategies and formulate concise solutions to complex problems
• Ability to succinctly interpret data and strategic frameworks for executives
• Project Management Certification
• 3+ years of experience working with internal and external client personnel; proven ability to facilitate virtual teams and lead with collaboration and influence
• Excellent consultative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Solid history of quickly gaining credibility, partnering with business leaders, and exhibiting executive presence
• Undergraduate degree in business, healthcare, or equivalent experience
• Superior conceptual and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively drive results in a dynamic, matrixed environment with a high degree of organizational change, growth, and ambiguity
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, product, or general management in a healthcare related field
• Experience with business and analytical tools with ability to quickly create high quality PowerPoint presentations and perform analysis in Excel
• 2+ years of experience communicating at multiple levels of large, matrixed organizations
• 2+ years of experience utilizing strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills create successful project outcomes
• Relevant work experience in strategy, management consulting, product, or general management in a healthcare related field
• 2+ years of proven experience working thru ambiguity, with flexibility, and demonstrated tenacity and resilience
• 2+ years of experience with Project Management methodology and best practices
