Job Description:

The Program Manager will use insights to build programs for new hires and early career talent, that drive positive experiences, and accelerate the readiness of our talent pipeline. In this role, the Program Manager will act as a brand ambassador and will build engaging experiences for the newly combined TelevisaUnivision company in a scalable, fun, and inclusive way.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the early career outreach strategy and partner with the recruitment team and hiring leaders to set up targeted recruiting events (on-campus, on-site and virtually)
  • Develop and maintain content for new hire onboarding (first day, first week, first month and first quarter), including orientation materials, scheduling and delivery
  • Engage with all stakeholders to ensure proper processes and protocols are in place to ensure the best new hire experience
  • Design and implement pre-boarding and onboarding program that addresses key ‘moments that matter’ in the new hire experience
  • Ensure high placement and conversion of early career talent
  • In partnership with Communications, leverage social media and other outlets to develop, support and drive campaigns that promote the TelevisaUnivision brand to increase applicant flow
  • Develop and manage early career development program for interns and recent graduates
  • Use metrics and insights gathered through candidate and new hire feedback, to analyze performance and determine the effectiveness of current and future strategy
  • Manage, monitor, and track university engagement across the US and Latam
  • Drive proactive and targeted sourcing efforts to optimize pipeline for skills-based early career recruiting
  • Work with employee resource groups (ERGs) to set mentoring programs and connect new hires with activities that promotes our culture

Job Requirements:

  • Digital and data literacy. Understanding of analytics; able to identify and track relevant metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to develop and manage social media content
  • Gravitas and strong command skills to deliver presentations to internal and external audiences
  • BS in Human Resources Management or similar field BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of HR or program management experience
