Job Description:
The Account Manager will be responsible for project managing and tracking the creative development and production of all marketing and promotional campaigns to support the brand and programming slate. The successful candidate will focus on managing multiple creative projects from start to finish, overseeing timelines, program deadlines, and final production of deliverables. He/She will also act as a liaison between the creative services team and internal/external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational start to end process, from process and timelines to contingency plans during production through delivery.
- Collaborate and liaise with department leaders, marketing team members, and external vendors
- Organize and supervise the progress of projects with internal and external partners from pre- to post-production. Manage relationships with external creative and media agencies: consolidate feedback, follow up on timelines and ensure high quality deliverables.
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to bridge strategies and maximize assets.
- Ensure that campaigns, events, and communication initiatives are delivered on time and with the highest global marketing standards.
- Stay current on emerging trends, specifically as it pertains to the streaming space, and proactively discover opportunities to incorporate the best thinking into strategies, and projects
- Foster collaboration, track changes, and lead approval processes.
- Act as Account Manager, helping execute plans and connecting cross-functional teams to deliver world-class marketing, including brand and original programming creative development across broad range of mediums
- Identify ways to help the team scale and optimize quality for recurring projects – through tools such as brand guidelines, creative templates, and processes
- Ensure creative projects are prioritized, scoped, moving forward, and being completed in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Experience connecting with cross-functional teams
- Minimum 6 years of experience in consumer marketing, including DTC strategy, with increased responsibility and collaboration with all aspects of business
- Outstanding organizational skills, great attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong understanding of production and post-production processes and workflows
- Proficient in Spanish & English
- Ample experience in time and project management
- Desirable: Knowledgeable about our industry, competitors, and trends
- Proven experience coordinating integrated campaigns; including creating and tracking timelines, follow up on creative feedback, and assets development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications or Business; an MBA is desired
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing priorities
- Experience managing production process from creation of content to program launch
