Univision Communications is the premier Spanish language media company in the United States. The company is currently seeking a passionate, marketing minded and goal driven Account Executive with exceptional relationships in the Bay Area Marketplace.
- Achieve individual quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Sell thru Univision’s suite of services across all platforms using consultative sales approach
- Must be accountable for accuracy and all aspects of campaigns’ implementation including but not limited to client orders, commercial traffic instructions, promotions, proof of performance, recaps, invoices, collections, etc. in accordance with company guidelines
- Must be able to manage business plan, pipeline, business reports, and revenue projections with attention to detail by set deadlines as required by management
- Selling of Linear, Experiential, Digital, Branded Content and Social Advertising.
- Work closely with support staff and other departments to ensure smooth execution of all campaigns
- Cultivate relationships and service new and existing key accounts to increase revenue
- Look for opportunities to develop monetization solutions for clients, and ensure clients receive superior customer service.
- Maintain detailed and organized account records
- Prospect new business through self-generated leads via existing contacts, cold calling, networking, etc.
- Spanish speaking ability preferred, not required
- Working knowledge and experience with Matrix, Strata & Wide Orbit a plus
- Knowledge & Computer skills with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, & Excel
- Bachelor degree or comparable work experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- Experience in Sales Television, Radio, Digital Industry preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a revenue goal and deadline driven environment
- 3-5 years sales experience
