Job Description:

The Product Manager: Customer is responsible for embedding and optimising Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Initiatives processes throughout the organisation, by driving the productisation and execution of varying use cases within Woolworths Financial Services (WFS).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and investigate leading industry practices relating to customer initiatives and investment opportunities that may be applied in WFS Customer Enablement.
  • Oversee and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of customer projects for WFS across the customer experience landscape.
  • Collaborate with other business units and product lines to share learnings and best practices. Act as a trusted adviser across the WFS product landscape in matters relating to Customer Initiatives and Customer Enablement as a whole.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Customer Enablement operational plans as they relate to Customer Initiatives and
  • Customer Experience, as well as associated internal controls, policies, and guidelines.
  • Provide input into and support the development of a Customer Support transformation delivery roadmap, detailing key responsibilities and interdependencies with WFS stakeholders, should they exist.
  • Account for all projects and assure implementation of all customer projects is aligned to the overall customer product strategy.
  • Drive entity-wide initiatives that focus on the optimization and improvement of CX processes and projects; identify, project manage and support the implementation of approved optimization opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in optimising Customer Initiatives and CX processes.
  • Project management.
  • Postgraduate Qualification (minimum Honours) in Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent field is an advantage
  • 6 – 8 years of experience working in a Financial Services / Technology /Consumer organization
  • Strong experience in Customer Journey mapping, process optimisation and process improvement.
  • Deep insights pertaining to Customer Experience and end-to-end Product delivery.
  • Sound experience in Product Management, ideally in an e-Commerce and/or Customer Portal arena.
  • Undergraduate Qualification in Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent field.
  • Core experience in Product Management and/or Product Marketing is preferred
