Job Description:

Transmission Line anticipates a need for a Truck Driver 1st-4th Year to work throughout the 54,000 square mile of SPS Service Territory, constructing and maintaining transmission lines, hauling materials, operating equipment and all emergency repairs of our transmission and distribution system.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able and willing to respond to after hour emergency work and callouts, and work extensive amounts of overtime
• Must have a valid Class A CDL License with Tanker & Double Triples
• Must be of excellent stature, lift and maneuver up to 90 lbs., use shovels, sledge hammers and jack hammers consistently through the day.
• Preferred to have 5 years’ experience driving semi, cranes, and running heavy tonnage
• Requires very extensive overnight travel
